putrinya, Yohana Grestaria Samur atau yang biasa dipanggil Grace, sudah
menyelesaikan separuh dari rutinitas pagi hari mereka.Ibu dan
anak itu berbagi tugas. Selvina menanak nasi dan Grace menyapu rumah
serta mencuci piring kotor. Beberapa jerigen berisi air yang berderet
dekat tempat cuci piring di dalam dapur bukti Grestaria telah pulang
dari tempat timba umum.Sejumlah awak media yang bertamu pagi-pagi di rumah Selviana, Jumat 31 Januari 2020, menemukan hal miris di balik kisah ayah Grestaria yang dipasung karena menderita gangguan jiwa.
Sebelum berangkat ke sekolah di SDK Lidi, tugas wajib yang kudu dilakukan Grace adalah mengantarkan makan pagi untuk ayahnya. Jarak rumah dengan tempat ayah Grace dipasung tak begitu jauh tapi sedikit mendaki dan melintasi pepohonan kemiri. Sedihnya, Grace mengurusi ayahnya sejak ia baru berumur 3 tahun.
Ayah Grace, Ediburga Nalon, berstatus Orang dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) di Desa Lidi, Kecamatan Rana Mese, Kabupaten Manggarai Timur di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Terpaksa dipasung, dia ditempatkan di belakang dapur rumah orang tuanya. Pria 42 tahun ini terkena gangguan jiwa sejak 8 tahun silam atau 2 tahun setelah ia pulang merantau sebagai TKI di Malaysia.
Selviana dan Ediburga punya 4 anak, tapi hanya si bungsu Grace yang tinggal di Lidi, sementara tiga kakaknya diasuh kerabat ibunya di Kecamatan Satar Mese. Kondisi itulah yang membuat Grace tanam kaki merawat ayah tercinta.
Tak jarang, Grace rela tidak ke sekolah jika kerjaan lagi menumpuk. Itu karena ibunya Selvina selalu pergi menjadi tenaga kerja harian di kebun orang lain dengan upah Rp25 ribu rupiah per hari.
“Kalau lagi ada kerjaan saya perginya pagi-pagi, saya taunya hanya masak nasi dan Grace yang urus semua dari belakang,” ujar Selviana.
“Walaupun hidup susah, yah dicukupkan saja. Makan nasi dengan garam saja sudah bikin kenyang,asal Grace selalu ada untuk bapaknya. Puji Tuhan, dari waktu ke waktu, bapaknya ada perubahan. Itu berkat Grace yang selalu bersama bapaknya, kan banyak bercanda juga dia dengan bapaknya,” tuturnya.
Berharap Grace jadi perawat
Selviana terus bernasar untuk kesembuhan suaminya. Lebih dari itu ia juga berpikir keras untuk pendidikan anak-anaknya kelak, termasuk bagi Grace. Di dalam lubuk hati, Selviana menyimpan asa ingin menyekolahkan Grace menjadi perawat.
“Kalau omong biaya tentu tak punya tapi saya selalu berdoa agar Tuhan kasih jalan supaya anak-anak bisa sekolah. Grace ini yang selalu bilang ingin jadi perawat supaya bisa rawat bapaknya,” harapnya.
“Kalau obat ya, sudah minum selama satu tahun. Tiap bulan kami ambil di Puskesmas, obatnya gratis,” sebut dia.
Sepotong doa untuk ayah
Di sela-sela Grace memberi makan ayahnya tak lupa ia selipkan sepotong doa, kadang dia ucapkan doa itu sembari bercerita yang intinya minta Tuhan kasih kesembuhan. “Eme hang hi papa ngaji aku cupu mai, dasor ina hi papa (sambil ayah makan saya berdoa semoga ayah sebuh,” ungkap Grace.
Dihubungi terpisah, Wakil Bupati Manggarai Timur, Stef Jaghur mengaku prihatin dengan kisah Grace. Namun ia berharap agar program perawatan ODGJ di Dinas Sosial bisa mengakomodir ayah Grace.
“Mulai tahun 2020 kita alokasikan anggaran perawatan untuk 10 orang ODGJ di Panti Renceng Mose Ruteng, kita upayakan ayah Grace juga ter-cover,” Kata Wabup Jaghur.
Sementara dari sisi pelayanan medis, lanjut Wabup Stef Jaghur, pihaknya akan mengutus dokter dan perawat untuk mengikuti pelatihan perawatan khusus ODGJ tingkat Provinsi NTT.
“Tahun ini kita latih 2 orang dokter dan 29 tenaga medis khusus untuk program penanganan ODGJ. Nantinya kan setiap puskesmas akan dilatih termasuk pendampingan dan pengobatan. Sejauh ini upaya kita seperti itu,” cetusnya.
Dijelaskan Wabup Jaghur, berdasarkan data yang dihimpun Dinkes Manggarai Timur, jumlah ODGJ berjumlah di daerah itu berjumlah lebih dari 400 orang dan 55 diantaranya dalam kondisi dipasung.
