Jumat (23/8) lalu.Jenazah Husein terpaksa digendong oleh sang
ayah dengan berjalan kaki dari Puskesmas Cikokol, Tangerang, Banten
karena tidak mendapat fasilitas ambulans dari puskesmas tersebut.Sebelumnya, bocah malang tersebut dan temannya Fitrah (12) dilaporkan tenggelam di Sungai Cisadane. Husein ditemukan pada Jumat sore, sementara temannya ditemukan pada malam harinya dalam keadaan meninggal dunia.
Husein memang sempat dilarikan ke Puskesmas terdekat lantaran saat ditemukan ia masih bernapas. Sayang, nyawanya tak terselamatkan karena terlalu banyak menelan air.
Ayah Husein pun mengikhlaskan kepergian anaknya. Ia lalu bermaksud membawa sang anak ke rumah untuk disemayamkan.
Ayah Husein lantas meminta Puskesmas memberikan pinjaman mobil ambulans untuk pengantaran jenazah.
Tetapi, permintaan itu justru ditolak oleh petugas dengan alasan bahwa mobil ambulans puskesmas hanya digunakan untuk mengangkut pasien sakit, seperti tertera di standar operasi prosedur dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tangerang.
“Ini sudah menjadi SOP dari Dinas Kesehatan. Ambulans puskesmas hanya untuk mengangkut pasien,” kata salah satu Petugas Puskesmas Cikokol, Suryadi, seperti dikutip brilio.net dari merdeka.com pada Minggu (25/8).
Karena permintaannya ditolak oleh Puskesmas, tanpa pikir panjang sang ayah lalu menggotong jenazah Husein dan berjalan kaki keluar Puskesmas untuk membawa jenazah putranya agar segera sampai rumah.
Dengan wajah penuh gurat kesedihan, ayah Husein membawa jenazah anaknya itu dengan berjalan kaki. Saat melewati jembatan penyeberangan orang, tak lama ada seorang pengendara mobil yang melihat momen memilukan tersebut lalu berhenti untuk memberikan tumpangan.
Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan D Liza Puspadewi menyatakan pihaknya meminta maaf kepada keluarga korban atas kejadian tersebut. Ia menjelaskan hal tersebut terjadi karena kesalahpahaman petugas Puskesmas dalam pelayanan mobil ambulans.
“Mewakili Pemkot Tangerang, saya mohon maaf kepada keluarga korban yang tenggelam,” ujar Liza Puspadewi.
Dilansir dari merdeka.com, menurutnya Pemkot Tangerang memiliki pelayanan mobil jenazah gratis yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Layanan ini bisa diakses melalui panggilan darurat 112. Ambulans bisa digunakan pasien dalam kondisi gawat darurat atau memerlukan tindakan segera.
“Ditambah di dalam mobil ambulans banyak alat medis yang harus dalam kondisi steril. Kalau digunakan untuk jenazah, khawatir akan berdampak pada pasien yang nantinya menggunakan ambulans tersebut,” jelasnya.
Kadinkes juga mengimbau agar masyarakat memilah fasilitas yang dimiliki pemkot sesuai kebutuhannya.
“Selain ambulans, Pemkot juga telah menyediakan fasilitas mobil jenazah melalui panggilan darurat 112,” pungkasnya.
