Sayangnya, keesokan harinya perempuan tersebut mengabarkan bahwa sang adik akhirnya menghembuskan napas terakhirnya.
Ia pun memohonkan doa dan keikhlasan atas kepergian adik kesayangannya itu.
Melalui unggahannya, Nabila Casandra secara tak langsung juga mengatakan bahwa adiknya meninggal karena paparan asap rokok yang dihirupnya dari sang ayah dan kakak laki-lakinya.
Ayah dan kakaknya tersebut sepertinya sering merokok di dekat adik Nabila Casandra yang masih bayi.

Sebelum akhirnya meninggal dunia, bayi tersebut harus menjalani perawatan selama 4 hari dengan bantuan berbagai alat medis.
