Nur Aqifah, seorang bayi berusia 11 hari asal Dusun Klobur, Desa
Sawah Tengah, Kecamatan Robatal, Kabupaten Sampang, Madura, Jawa Timur,
diduga meninggal dunia usai diimunisasi vaksin BCG atau Bacillus Calmette Guerin, Selasa (11/2/2020) kemarin.Putri pertama pasangan Zainal Arifin (31) dan Novita Sari (21) itu menghembuskan nafas terakhir empat jam setelah disuntik vaksin. Pasca menjalani imunisasi, Nur Aqifah mengalami demam tinggi dan sempat kejang.
Menurut keterangan keluarga, kondisi korban terus mengalami penurunan usai imunisasi pada Selasa pagi pukul 10.00 WIB.
Zainal Arifin, orangtua korban mengatakan, putri pertamanya tersebut dalam kondisi sehat sebelum melakukan imunisasi BCG di Polindes Desa Sawah Tengah.
Namun, sore hari tepat pukul 16.00 WIB, takdir berbicara lain. Nur Aqifah dinyatakan meninggal dunia saat dibawa berobat untuk mendapatkan pertolongan medis ke Polindes, tempat ia diimunisasi.
“Awalnya tidak sakit dan kondisinya sehat bugar sebelum divaksin, selang disuntik kondisi tubuh anak saya mulai berubah, tubuhnya panas diare dan menangis terus sempat kayak molet-molet semacam kejang, dibawalah ke Ibu Bidan Maya tadi, pas sampai disana bilang sudah meninggal,” ujarnya ditemui di rumah duka di Dusun Klobur, Desa Sawah Tengah, Rabu (12/2/2020) siang.
Hosiyeh (37), nenek korban mengaku kehilangan atas meninggalnya cucu pertamanya itu. Sebab, tak disangka, korban dalam kondisi sehat sebelum vaksin BCG dilakukan.
Tak hanya itu, dirinya sempat disalahkan oleh bidan desa yang mengimunisasi karena dibilang terlambat membawa korban ke Polindes.
“Iya bilangnya bidan kenapa kok terlambat, padahal selang waktu 3,5 jam atau sekitar 4 jam pasca imunisasi, saya ngomong kalau tadi masih tidur siang cuman sebentar, tapi waktu tidur itu agaknya terganggu karena selalu kaget-kaget,” kata Hosiyeh.
Keluarga korban juga menceritakan kondisi bayi saat meninggal dunia. Bayi yang lahir cesar pada 31 Januari 2020 itu ada kelainan fisik pasca imunisasi. Terdapat wajah membiru dibagian pipi dan hidung bayi diduga akibat vaksin.
“Memang ada bekas biru kayak lebam itu, tahu kalau ada kelainan saat hendak dimakamkan,” ucap Zainal Arifin.
Sementara saat dikonfirmasi Mariyatul Kiptiyah yang disebut bidan Maya di Polindes Desa Sawah Tengah, enggan memberikan keterangan kepada wartawan terkait kematian bayi diduga akibat imunisasi. Ia mempersilahkan media mengkonfirmasi ke Dinas Kesehatan Sampang.
“Mohon maaf bukannya saya…. memang seharusnya seperti itu jadi sampean silahkan langsung ke Dinkes Sampang,” singkat Bidan Maya ditemui di Polindes.
Menyikapi hal itu, Plt Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sampang Agus Mulyadi, menegaskan bahwa tidak ada hubungannya antara kematian bayi tersebut dengan vaksin yang dilakukan petugas medis.
“Sampai saat ini berdasarkan teori dan penelitian tidak pernah ada imunisasi menyebabkan kematian, kemungkinannya kematian bayi karena tersendak dan sebagainya karena bayi itu berusia 15 hari kan,” ungkap Agus.
Sayangnya keterangan yang disampaikan Agus bertolak belakang dengan keterangan pihak keluarga. Terutama mengenai durasi waktu pasca menjalani imunisasi bayi.
“Hanya kebetulan saja kematiannya pasca imunisasi, tapi agak jauh juga sih (waktunya-Red) imunisasinya pagi dan sore meninggal, informasi dari petugas bayi meninggal jam 3 sore setelah jam 9 datang ke Posyandu disuntik vaksin,” tuturnya.
Agus tak ingin dikaitkan kondisi bayi mengalami penurunan usai imunisasi. Dirinya juga mengaku sudah melakukan pemeriksaan dan klarifikasi atas kejadian tersebut.
“Tidak ada itu bukan panas tapi memang nangis terus, kurang tau sama keluarga dikasih apa, lebih jelasnya silahkan konfirmasi ke Kepala Puskesmas Robatal,” terangnya.
“Hasil pengamatan Dinkes tidak ditemukan ini kesalahan bidan desa, dan semua sudah damai kok, rencananya mau diotopsi tapi pihak keluarga damai,” pungkasnya.
